How do I Confirm my booking for a Bouncy Castle?
You can book either by phone or by clicking the link on our website and we'll contact you as soon as we can. We will then send you a letter confirming your booking.
How long can I hire an inflatable for?
A standard day is from 08.00 – 18.00 but you tell us when you would like your castle. We also do very special offers for weekend hires and after school parties.
Can I keep it overnight?
Yes of course just tell us and we'll arrange pick-up the next morning. Please ask for pricing on a 24hr hire.
When do I pay?
Once we have set up your bouncy castle and equipment we will carry out our safety checks. Once everything is in place we will run through the Terms & Conditions of hire which will be in your hirers pack. Only then when you are happy do we ask for payment.
Can I pay with debit/credit card?
Not yet, cash or cheque only please. We will be able accept card payments very shortly.
Are you insured if there's an accident?
Yes we are. Awesome Castles Hire has Public Liability Insurance of £5m which allows us to operate in schools and for local authorities as well as private dwellings.
What if I need to cancel?
Give us as much notice as possible. If on your hire day the weather is particularly bad we will phone you to discuss whether it is safe to operate one of our inflatables.
How big does my garden have to be?
Bouncy castle will need space at the front and rear, 2 metres is usually enough. A good way of measuring is to pace out a square with 10 strides and that should be OK. All of our Castles are 12ft x 12ft and fit in to most gardens without any problems.
How do you get power to the blower?
We run an extension cable from your home to our blower. This is equipped with an R.C.D breaker for safety.
How long does a castle take to inflate?
We can normally set-up and pack-away within 20 minutes.
Do I get instructions?
We will brief you fully and give you a Hirers Pack containing all the need-to-know information. And don't forget we are only a phone call away.
Are adults allowed on a castle?
Absolutely not. We have to be very strict about this! There are two reasons why we stress this. The first is the most important, SAFETY. If adults are bouncing children can and do get hurt. The adults themselves can also injure themselves. As our castles are designed for the weight and size of children, adults can break the inflatable spoiling the fun for everyone and costing the hirer a lot of money.
